* wait for my reply-quotation-confirmation (once quotation is issued, the deal is considered ON. no backout order else ur deposit will not be return)
* 50% deposit (for order >rm100) OR full payment (order <rm100) upon ordering to secure booking
* 50% balance upon collecting|self pick up:at my house
* extra charge for other delivery (upon my availability)
* order will only be accepted on 1st paid basis
* strictly interested to deal with serious buyer only
* no fussy buyer. All customers will be treated equally. PLIS RESPECT EACH OTHER regardless who u are~close relatives, close frenz,return customers ,artis, sape2 la. BE PROFESSIONAL ye. but dun worry, i am a considerate person =)
